There are many everyday activities we can do to stay healthy. Consider what your normal day consists of. If you take the elevator to go up one floor, you are not alone. Most people do not want to use the time to take the stair. This one change in your everyday activities will greatly benefit you. Normally you can find little ways to make a big difference in your physical activity throughout the day. Here are some tips to help you get the most out of everyday activities to help you stay healthy.

1. Park in the farthest corner of the lot. This doesn't seem like much, but over the course of a week, think about how many times you search for a parking space close to the door.

2. Take the stairs. This is one of the best ways to boost your cardiovascular capacity. If you can take the stairs one or two flights three or four times a day, you will soon see the benefits.

3. Play with your children. Playing outside with your children, whether it is in the backyard or at the park, will not only help boost your activity level, it is a great way to reconnect with your kids.

4. Join a casual sports team. It doesn't matter if it is bowling or football, any type of everyday activity will benefit your heart and your health. Find an activity you enjoy, so you are more apt to stay with it.

5. Go for a walk. Walking twenty minutes a day three times a week will help you reduce the risk of heart disease, stoke, and hypertension. Even if you break it up into two-ten minutes walks, it is better than nothing at all.

6. Take time to stretch before cleaning. Using a vacuum or cleaning cobwebs can sometimes put a strain on your body. If you take a few minutes to stretch before even these simple tasks, you will reduce the risk of injury to your muscles.

These tips are not meant to be a complete listing. Everyday activities will vary for each individual. However, making sure you move throughout the day, even if it is just a few more steps, will provide great health benefits. Plan you day around getting exercise, such as walking at lunch, or taking that extra lap around the block. These everyday activities can really be used to maximize your health benefits.

O.N.E. Coconut water brings the nutrients and fresh taste of young green coconut water into our homes.  I stayed in Malaysia for 3 years and coconut juice is something that's always part of my daily health regimen.  There was a time when I had urinary tract infection and a local elderly advised me to go on a coconut juice fast for a day. 

It was indeed effective.  When I woke up the next day after my day of fasting, I felt better. Coconut water is different from coconut milk that you get from piña colada.  The milk is made from the meat of the coconut while the water is what you get when you open a green young coconut.  You can drink water directly from the coconut husk. The taste of the water is a little sweet and with a tinge of sourness but always refreshing.

One thing I like about O.N.E. is that it doesn't have any artificial sweeteners or flavors.  It is the real thing.  They took out the water from the coconuts and put it in a sterile packaging.  It is best when chilled.  It has lots of electrolytes, potassium, vitamin c and medicinal properties.  Aside from treating urinary tract infection, it also helps in digestion and over-all well being of a person.

There are other brands of water from this tropical fruit but when you look at their packaging, they contain artificial flavors and added sugars that aren't really healthy.   For the taste and the natural sweetness, I prefer O.N.E. coconut water.
